Exclusive Interview with Vietnamese Singer Trang Pháp: Gaining Warmth and Growth in Hunan, Recommending Changsha to the World

近期, 综艺节目《乘风 2026》热度持续攀升, 其全球同步直播吸引了广泛关注｡ 歌手庄法凭借在该节目中的精彩表现, 收获了众多观众的喜爱｡ 在节目第二次公演期间, 湖南日报记者对庄法进行了独家专访,听她分享了在湖南长沙参赛期间的感悟与收获｡

Recently, the variety show Ride the Wind 2026 has gained increasing popularity, with its global simulcast attracting wide attention. Vietnamese singer Trang Pháp has drawn strong audience interest through her performances on the programme.During the second public performance stage, the reporter from Hunan Daily conducted an exclusive interview with her, in which she shared her experiences in Changsha, Hunan Province.

庄法是越南知名歌手､ 唱作人｡ 2023 年, 她参加越南版《乘风破浪的姐姐》一举夺得总冠军, 并成为限定组合 LUNAS 成员, 在越南拥有极高人气｡ 2025 年, 她创作的歌曲《Forever Vietnamese》刷爆网络, 被越南媒体誉为“美丽才女”｡ 2024 年和 2025 年, 她还连续两年获得越南最具影响力奖项之一“梅花奖”（Mai Vang Awards）和“贡献奖”（Cong Hien Awards）的“年度最佳女艺人”奖项｡ 2026 年 4 月, 她以国际艺人的身份加盟中国版《乘风 2026》｡

Trang Pháp is a well-known Vietnamese singer-songwriter. In 2023,she won the Vietnamese edition of Ride the Wind and became a member of the project group LUNAS, gaining wide popularity in Vietnam. — in 2024 and 2025, she both won consecutively 2 “Female Artist of the year” Awards at 2 of the most prestigious Vietnamese Awards: Mai Vang, and Cong Hien Awards. In April 2026, she joined the Chinese edition of Ride the Wind 2026 as an international artist.

舞台上, 庄法活力开唱热舞, 尽显专业实力; 舞台下, 她怀揣着推动中越文化交流的初心, 来到长沙､ 爱上长沙｡ 她表示, 希望通过节目, 让两国观众更好地了解彼此的文化与风土人情｡

On stage, Trang Pháp delivers energetic vocal and danceperformances, demonstrating strong professional ability. Off stage, she is committed to promoting cultural exchange between China and Vietnam and has developed a strong connection with Changsha. She said she hopes the programme will help audiences in both countries better understand each other's culture and traditions.

在节目中, 她连续两次担任队长, 并连续挑战两首高难度中文歌｡ 在第一次公演舞台上, 她为了扛起队长责任, 挑战中文舞曲《大艺术家》｡ 这首歌词密集､ 节奏迅猛的作品在竞演时一度被网友调侃为“烫嘴中⽂”, 令不少本土歌手都倍感压力, 但庄法迎难而上, 逐字打磨｡ 在第二次公演舞台筹备期间，同组的艺人安崎在创作上伸出援手, 不仅帮她细致纠正每—句中文发音 , 还特意利用休息时间帮她撰写润色了说唱部分的歌词｡ 在团员们的帮助下, 庄法慢慢克服了语言障碍和高强度的节目录制 , 也让她在挑战中不断成长｡ 庄法直言 , 很幸运能来到中国参加节目, 这段经历格外珍贵｡

During the programme, she served as team leader twice and took on two challenging Chinese- language songs. In the first performance stage, she performed the dance track The Great Artist,a fast-paced piece with dense lyrics that was widely regarded as difficult, even for native speakers. She worked through the lyrics line by line to improve her delivery. — In the second performance stage, fellow artist An Qi supported her by helping refine pronunciation and contributing to the rap section during rehearsals. With support from her team, she gradually overcame language barriers and the demands of the production, gaining experience through the process. She described the opportunity to participate in the programme in China as both valuable and memorable.

从初识臭豆腐的惊喜, 到爱上湖南米粉的鲜香, 湖南美食让庄法感受到浓浓的烟火气｡ 她主动向越南朋友推介湖南, 称赞这里的美景与美食,而相似的饮食习惯 , 也让她在湖南找到了家乡般的亲切感｡ 她还特意走到长沙繁华的五—广场街头, 打卡自己的巨幅应援屏幕, 并将画面发布到社交平台, 引发网友热议｡ ⻓沙市民的热情､ 地道的美食, 都让她对这座城市充满好感｡

From trying stinky tofu to enjoying Hunan rice noodles, local cuisine offered her a close look at everyday life in the region. She has recommended Hunan to friends in Vietnam, noting both its cuisine and scenery. Similar dietary habits also gave her a sense of familiarity. During her stay, she visited Wuyi Square in Changsha and shared images of a large promotional screen featuring her on social media, drawing public attention. The hospitality of local residents and the city's food culture left a positive impression on her.

采访最后, 庄法对长沙给予了高度评价｡ 她表示, 长沙是—座充满活力､底蕴深厚的城市, 并热情邀请世界各地的朋友前来感受这座城市的独特魅力｡ 同时, 她也期待在《乘风 2026》的舞台上继续绽放光彩,为推动中越文化交流贡献力量｡

At the end of the interview, Trang Pháp spoke highly of Changsha, describing it as a dynamic city with a rich cultural heritage. She invited people from around the world to visit and experience its unique character. She also expressed hope to continue performing on Ride the Wind 2026 and to contribute to cultural exchange between China and Vietnam.
