湖南日报·新湖南客户端12月25日讯(记者 冯宇轩 摄影 李健)12月24日,埃及工商界人士考察团走进位于湖南的华自科技园区。在这里,水不再只是资源,而是可感知、可分析、可优化的智慧脉络。代表团成员目睹了如何通过智能系统实现水电能源的精细化调度与低碳化管理——这正是埃及在推进新能源建设与水资源高效利用进程中迫切需要的“中国智慧”。
“原来水资源和能源管理,可以如此智能协同。”华自科技多年来构建的智慧水利/水电一体化管控平台,让埃及代表们频频驻足。系统实时呈现的水情数据、发电效率分析与风险预警功能,引发了他们浓厚的兴趣。
从尼罗河沿岸的灌溉农业到红海之滨的新城建设,埃及正致力于在发展中平衡生态、能源与水资源。华自科技所展示的,正是通过“绿色能源+智慧水网”双轮驱动,为干旱地区的可持续发展提供系统性解决方案。

On December 24th, a delegation of Egypt business representatives visited Huazi Technology Park in Hunan. Here, water is no longer merely a resource but an intelligent network that can be monitored, analyzed, and optimized. The delegation observed how intelligent systems enable precise scheduling and low-carbon management of hydropower energy—exactly the "Chinese expertise" that Egypt urgently needs in advancing its renewable energy initiatives and efficient water resource utilization.
"It turns out that water and energy management can be integrated so intelligently." The smart water conservancy and hydropower integrated management platform developed by Huazi Technology over the years repeatedly captured the attention of the Egyptian delegates. The system’s real-time display of hydrological data, power generation efficiency analysis, and risk early warning functions sparked their keen interest.
From irrigated agriculture along the Nile River to new urban developments on the shores of the Red Sea, Egypt is committed to balancing ecology, energy, and water resources in its development. What Huazi Technology demonstrated is precisely a systematic solution for the sustainable development of arid regions, driven by the dual engines of "green energy + smart water networks."
