A villa delivered in just three months — the "China speed" has amazed our Egyptian friends

湖南日报·新湖南客户端12月25日讯（记者 冯宇轩 摄影 李健）12月24日，埃及工商界人士考察团走进湖南诚友绿建的展示区，在这里，他们看到了未来建筑的另一种可能：低能耗、快速建成的装配式别墅。

面对埃及在应对气候挑战、推动新城建设方面的迫切需求，这种融合 “绿色理念”与“智能建造” 的湖南方案，引起了代表团成员的浓厚兴趣。

“它不仅建造快，长期能耗更低，而且能适应极端气候，”诚友绿建工作人员介绍，“主体搭建仅需五天，三个月，就能交付一栋高品质别墅。”

埃及工商界人士考察团代表在参观后表示，此类建筑模式对埃及市场具备显著吸引力——既符合可持续发展的国家战略，又能切实提升民生居住品质。

On December 24, the Egypt business delegation visited the exhibition area of Hunan Chengyou Green Building. They witnessed another possibility for the future of construction: low-energy, rapidly built prefabricated villas.

Faced with Egypt’s pressing needs to address climate challenges and promote new city development, this Hunan solution—which integrates "green principles" with "smart construction"—captured strong interest among the delegation members.

“Not only is it fast to build and more energy-efficient in the long run, but it also adapts well to extreme climates,” explained a staff member of Chengyou Green Building. “The main structure can be assembled in just five days, and a high-quality villa can be delivered within three months.”

After the visit, representatives of the Egyptian business community expressed that this construction model holds significant appeal for the Egyptian market—aligning both with the national strategy for sustainable development and tangibly improving the quality of residential living.
