On the same day, Dongfeng Road Neighborhood of Kaifu District, Changsha held a Chongyang Festival-themed event on the Dongfeng Grand Stage to promote the traditional virtue of respecting the elderly and foster a social atmosphere of caring for senior citizens.

Since the beginning of this year, the neighborhood has utilized vacant spaces in local shopping malls to create the "Dongfeng Grand Stage," pioneering a new model of community governance that uses culture to educate residents, nurture hearts, support governance, and boost commerce. Since its launch, the stage has hosted over ten public welfare events, attracting nearly ten thousand participants.
