Ten Steps to Make Stinky Tofu by An Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor

As Changsha's ace snack, stinky tofu has always been on the top of the list. In the Huo Gong Palace on Pozi Street, there is a master who has been making stinky tofu for more than 10 years. He is the fourth generation of the national intangible cultural heritage Huo Gong Palace stinky tofu production techniques, Zhou Houmu.
