The park was built in 1985. It has now built 15 botanical gardens such as the cherry blossom garden, rare botanical garden, and world-renowned gardens. It receives more than 800,000 tourists each year and is widely praised by all sectors of society.

After the park is open for free, it will innovate the park tour mode and create a variety of cultural experience activities.

湖南省森林植物园(简称省植物园)提醒，为了科学管控园区游客流量，给游客提供良好的入园体验，以预约制和准入制的方式，实行游客入园预约“免费不免票”的管理模式。

一、开放时间

夏季：6:00-21:00

冬季：6:30-20:30

二、游客接待上限

重大活动期间4万人次/天，非重大活动期间2万人次/天。

三、预约方式

1、线上预约：游客通过湖南省森林植物园官方微信公众号、官网以及携程网等预约平台预约，凭预约身份证或二维码核验入园。

2、现场预约：没有线上预约的游客，持身份证或其他有效证件到服务窗口现场领取入园凭证，检票入园。

3、高龄老人、残疾人以及14岁以下未成年人由监护人(监护人预约)陪同免票入园。

4、周边居民早晚健身实行一次录入，常年快捷便利入园。

四、入园大门

西门(韶山路);北门(湘府路);东门(圭白路)。

线上：扫二维码(湖南省森林植物园官方微信公众号)——填写个人信息——收到预约成功信息——刷身份证或短信二维码入园

现场：服务窗口出示身份证件——领取入园凭证——检票入园

4. Refund criteria: The annual card is 100 yuan / year, with 365 days as the accounting standard. The refund amount is 0.27 yuan / day, multiplied by the unexpired date.

5. Refund method: You can go to the Provincial Botanical Garden Visitor Center with your ID card and annual card (you can do it on your behalf).

Traffic tips

There are parking lots at the north gate of Xiangfu Road and the west gate of Shaoshan Road in the Provincial Botanical Garden, but parking spaces are limited. Green travel is encouraged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

六、实行准入制度

1、对违反文明旅游规范的，第一次进行警告，并记录在案，第二次实行驱离并在一年内禁止入园。

2、对毁坏园内设施和动植物的，视情节轻重进行警告、驱离乃至禁止入园等措施。

3、违法行为严禁入园。

七、年卡退额

1、退额对象：2019年1月1日后购买年卡的市民。

2、退额办理时间：2020年1月1日至3月31日。

3、退额地点：北门(湘府东路)游客中心 、西门(韶山南路)游客中心。

4、退额标准：年卡为100元/年，以365天为核算标准，按0.27元/天退额，乘以未到期日。

5、退额方式：持身份证和年卡至省植物园游客中心即可办理(可以代办)。

八、交通提示

省植物园湘府路北门和韶山路西门有停车场，但车位有限，提倡绿色出行，请尽量搭乘公共交通工具。
