2019 Changsha International Marathon will officially start on Oct. 27. The organizing committee of the marathon announced that in order to ensure the success of the marathon and the orderly, safe and smooth traffic, traffic restrictions will be imposed on some roads in Changsha on October. 26 and 27.

记者今天从长沙市公安局交警支队获悉，为确保2019年长沙国际马拉松赛的顺利进行和道路交通的有序、安全、畅通，10月26日至10月27日长沙部分道路采取的限制交通措施：

Citizens are reminded to abide by traffic laws and regulations, pass the roads in strict accordance with the provisions and traffic diversion signs, obey the command and guidance of the traffic police and on-site traffic management personnel. Anyone who violate the provisions will be penalized according to relevant laws and regulations.

请广大驾驶人自觉遵守交通法规，严格按照规定和分流标志通行，服从公安交警和现场交通管理人员的指挥和疏导，违者将依照有关法律、法规予以处罚。

The specific traffic restrictions are as follows:

交通管制区域如下：

I. the roads around Helong Sports Center:

From 0:00 to 15:30 on October 27, the section of southern and western passages of Helong Sports Center will be closed completely.

一、贺龙体育中心周边通道

10月27日0:00时至15:30时，贺龙体育中心南通道、西通道路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

II. Furong Road (the section from Laodong Road to Wuyi Road intersection)

1. From 23:00 on Oct. 26 to 9:30 on Oct. 27, the section from Furong Road Laodong intersection to Chengnan intersection will be closed completely.

2. From 6:30 to 8:30 on Oct. 27, the section from Furong Road Chengnan intersection to Wuyi intersection will be closed completely.

二、芙蓉路 (劳动路口至五一大道路口路段)

(一)10月26日23:00时至27日9:30时，芙蓉路劳动路口至城南路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

(二)10月27日6:30时至8:30时，芙蓉路城南路口至五一大道路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

III. Wuyi Road (the section from Furong to Fenglin intersection)

1. From 6:30 to 8:50 on Oct. 27, the section from Wuyi Road Furong intersection to Huangxing Road crossing bridge east exit will be semi-closed.

2. From 6:30 to 9:10 on Oct. 27, the section from Huangxing Road crossing bridge west exit to Orange Isle Bridge east exit will be semi-closed.

3. From 7:00 to 10:10 on Oct. 27, the section from Orange Isle east mouth to Yinpennanlu intersection of Wuyi Road will be closed completely.

三、五一大道 (芙蓉路口至枫林路口路段)

(一)10月27日6:30时至8:50时，五一大道芙蓉路口至黄兴路跨线桥东口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路南半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

(二)10月27日6:30时至9:10时，五一大道黄兴路跨线桥西口至橘子洲大桥东口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路南半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

(三)10月27日7:00时至10:10时，五一大道橘子洲大桥东口至银盆南路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

IV. Aimin Road (the section from Fenglin to Xiaoxiang intersection)

From 7:30 to 10:20 on Oct. 27, the section from Yinpennanlu Road Fenglin intersection to Yinwan intersection will be closed completely.

四、爱民路 (枫林路口至潇湘大道路口路段)

10月27日7:30时至10:20时，爱民路枫林路口至潇湘大道路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

V. Xiangxiang Road (the section from Hanguang to Yanghu intersection)

From 7:30 to 11:30 on Oct. 27, the section from Xinmin to Hanguang intersection of Xiaoxiang Road will be closed completely.

From 7:30 to 12:20 on Oct. 27, the section from Xinmin intersection to Monkey Stone Bridge southwest ramp of Xiaoxiang Road will be semi-closed.

From 7:30 to 12:40 on Oct. 27, the section of Monkey Stone Bridge southwest ramp to Yanghu Road intersection of Xiaoxiang Road will be closed completely.

五、潇湘大道 (含光路口至洋湖大道路口路段)

(一)10月27日7:30时至11:30时，潇湘大道新民路口至含光路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

(二)10月27日7:30时至12:20时，潇湘大道新民路口至猴子石大桥西南匝道口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路东半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

(三)10月27日7:30时至12:40时，潇湘大道猴子石大桥西南匝道口至洋湖大道路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

VI. Xiangfu Road Bridge

From 8:00 to 13:00 on Oct. 27, Xiangfu Road Bridge will be semi-closed.

六、湘府路大桥

10月27日8:00时至13:00时，湘府路大桥实施半封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆、行人由东往西通行。

VII. Xiangjiang Road (the section from Xiangfu Road Bridge southeast ramp to Baisha intersection)

From 8:00 to 14:00 on Oct. 27, the section from Xiangfu Road Bridge southeast ramp to Baisha intersection of Xiangjiang Road will be closed completely.

七、湘江路 (湘府路大桥东南匝道口至白沙路口路段)

10月27日8:00时至14:00时，湘江路湘府路大桥东南匝道至白沙路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

VIII. Baisha Road (the section from Xiangjiang to Shuyuan intersection)

From 8:30 to 14::00 on Oct. 27, the section from Xiangjiang to Shuyuan intersection of Baisha Road will be semi-closed.

八、白沙路 (湘江路口至书院路口路段)

10月27日8:30时至14:00时，白沙路湘江路口至书院路口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路北半幅禁止机动车辆、非杋动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

IX. Shuyuan Road (the intersection from Baisha to Laodong intersection)

From 8:30 to 14:00 on Oct. 27, the section from Baisha to Laodong intersection of Shuyuan Road will be semi-closed.

九、书院路 (白沙路口至劳动路口路段)

10月27日8:30时至14:00时，书院路白沙路口至劳动路口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路东半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

X. Laodong Road (the section from Shuyuan to Furong intersection)

1.From 8:30 to 14:20 on Oct. 27, the section from Shuyuan to Tianjian intersection will be semi-closed.

2.From 5:30 to 8:30 of 27th, the section from Tianjian to Furong intersection of Laodong Road will be closed completely.

十、劳动路 (书院路口至芙蓉路口路段)

(一)10月27日8:30时至14:20时，劳动路书院路口至天剑路口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路北半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

(二)10月27日5:30时至8:30时，劳动路天剑路口至芙蓉路口路段实施全封闭交通限制措施，禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

XI. Xianjiahu Road (the section from Xiaoxiang intersection to Yingpan Road tunnel west entrance)

From 7:30 to 11:00 on Oct. 27, Xiaoxiang intersection to Yingpan Road tunnel west entrance of Xianjiahu Road will be semi-closed.

十一、咸嘉湖路 (潇湘大道路口至营盘路隧道西口路段)

10月27日7:30时至11:00时，咸嘉湖路潇湘大道路口至营盘路隧道西口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路南半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。

XII. Binhu Road (the section from Xianjiahu to Fenglin intersection)

From 7:30 to 11:00 on Oct. 27, the section from Xianjiahu to Fenglin intersection of Binhu Road will be semi-closed.

十二、滨湖路 (咸嘉湖路口至枫林路口路段)

10月27日7:30时至11:00时，滨湖路咸嘉湖路口至枫林路口路段实施半封闭交通限制措施，道路西半幅禁止机动车辆、非机动车辆通行、停放，禁止行人横穿道路。
