Good news!  There are many expressways in Hunan Province are speeding up construction this year such as Changyi Expressway Expansion Project, Nanyi Expressway, Longlang Expressway etc., and some of them will be open to traffic within a year. The expressway open to traffic this year

1、长益高速公路扩容工程：新增对外出入通道

Changyi Expressway Expansion Project: New Access to the Outside World

简介：8月22日10时30分许，长益高速扩容工程的控制性工程——新河特大桥完成最后一片箱梁架设。至此，新河特大桥双幅合龙、全桥贯通，比计划工期提前近3个月完工。长益扩容工程于2018年4月全面开工建设，路线全长50.3公里，原计划于2021年4月通车。据益阳电视台报道，长益高速扩容工程年底有望提前通车。

意义：长益高速公路扩容工程建成后，长沙又新增一条对外出入通道。通过该路线，将连同益马、马安、官安等高速，形成一条湘西片区连接长株潭的新通道。

此外，目前，益阳市境内无机场，长益高速公路扩容工程修通后，益阳至长沙黄花机场可实现全程高速，行程时间大大缩短。

Brief Introduction: At 10:30 am on August 22, the last box girder erection of Xinhe Bridge, a controllable project of Changyi High Speed Expansion Project was completed. So far, the Xinhe Bridge has been completed nearly three months ahead of the planned construction period, with two closures and the whole bridge running through. Changyi Expansion Project started construction on April 2018 with a total length of 50.3 kilometers. It was originally planned to open on April 2021. According to Yiyang TV station, Changyi high-speed expansion project is expected to open ahead of schedule by the end of the year.

Significance: After the completion of Changyi Expressway Expansion Project, Changsha has added a new access to the outside world. Through this route, along with Yima, Ma'an, Guan'an and other high-speed roads, a new passageway connecting Chang-Zhu-Tan in Western Hunan will be formed.

In addition, the whole journey from Yiyang to Changsha Huanghua Airport can be realized at a high speed and the travel time can be greatly shortened after the construction of the inorganic airport in Yiyang City and the expansion project of Changyi Expressway.

2、南益高速：国庆节前有望建成通车

Nanyi Expressway: It is expected to be opened before National Day

简介： 南益高速全长86.37公里，双向四车道，设计速度100公里/小时，设有程家山(枢纽)、南县西、大通湖、草尾、南嘴、沅江北、竹莲、迎风桥(枢纽)8个互通。工程概算总投资79.97亿元。其中，南益高速路迎风桥至沅江南已于2018年建成通车，全线路基和桥涵已完工，路面面层和绿化工程进展顺利，整条线路国庆前有望建成通车。

意义：南益高速通车后将对接杭瑞高速、长张高速、益阳绕城线等高速公路，由此改变沅江境内无高速的历史，有效缓解长张高速交通压力，对洞庭湖区防洪救灾具有重要意义。

Significance: Nanyi Expressway will be connected with Hangzhou-Ruihe Expressway, Changzhang Expressway and Yiyang Circumcity Line after opening, which will change the history of no Expressway in Yuanjiang, effectively alleviate the traffic pressure of Changzhang Expressway, and is of great significance for flood control and disaster relief in Dongting Lake area.

1、龙琅高速：长韶娄高速公路的西延线

Longlang Expressway: West Extension Line of Changshao-Lou Expressway

简介：涟源龙塘至新化琅塘高速公路（简称龙琅高速）是湖南省“十二五”交通运输发展规划内项目，是长韶娄高速公路的西延线，也是湖南真正意义上推行设计施工总承包模式建设的第一条高速公路。主线全长73.955公里，概算总投资84亿元，预计2020年11月建成通车。路线起于长韶娄高速公路终点与二广高速公路交叉的龙塘互通，途经龙塘镇、安平镇、车田江水库、温塘镇、坐石乡、吉庆镇、梅山龙宫，终点连接新溆高速公路。主线采用四车道高速公路标准建设，设计时速100公里。全线共设互通式立交8处、收费站6处、服务区2处。

意义：龙琅高速公路建成后，将极大促进娄底旅游业的发展，长韶娄高速公路与新化县龙潭建军大峡谷、车田江风景区、梅山龙宫、大熊山、油溪河漂流、紫鹊界梯田、大梅山等数个著名风景名胜区形成无缝对接，成为湖南省旅游精品线路，对周边地区的经济发展具有十分重要意义。

2、安慈高速：重要的经济、旅游线路

Anci Expressway: Important Economic and Tourism Routes

简介：安慈高速公路是湖南省规划的“七纵九横三环”高速公路网的重要组成部分，项目全长121.14公里，采用双向四车道高速公路标准，设计速度100公里/小时，项目批复概算为106.3亿元，其中建安投资74.6亿元，工期3年。

意义：安乡至慈利高速公路位于湖南省中西部的常德市和张家界市辖区内，是湖南省规划的“七纵九横三环”高速公路网的重要组成部分，连接杭瑞国家高速、二广国家高速、常张高速，途经常德北部5个县（市）和张家界市慈利县。该项目的建设对完善湖南省高速公路网结构、发挥公路网的规模效益具有十分重要的意义，是一条重要的经济、旅游线路。

3、靖黎高速：出省大通道

简介：靖黎高速公路位于怀化市靖州苗族侗族自治县境内，起于靖州城南，终点位于湘黔界的界碑，与贵州省高速公路相接。路线全长约55.65公里，采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度100公里每小时。

意义：靖黎高速公路是武靖高速公路向西部延伸的一条出省大通道。

4、官新高速：呼和浩特至北海国家高速公路的重要组成路段

简介：官庄——新化高速公路共分为两段，一段是官庄至安化段，另一段是安化至新化段。起于沅陵县官庄镇，在柘溪镇双桥设枢纽互通与马安高速公路终点相接。路线全长约77公里，采用双向四车道高速公路技术标准建设，其中起点至安化段设计速度100公里/小时，安化至终点段设计速度80公里/小时。

意义：官新高速公路是呼和浩特至北海国家高速公路的重要组成路段，该项目的建设对完善国家和湖南省高速公路网、开发区域旅游资源、促进项目沿线地区乃至全省经济社会发展均具有重要意义。

简介：芷铜高速公路起于怀化市芷江县艾头坪，至于湘黔两省交界处的尧市镇沟水溪村，接贵州省铜仁至芷江高速公路（铜仁段）。全长约35.6公里，主线采用四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度100公里/小时。

意义：芷铜高速全线建成通车后，怀化到铜仁只需1小时车程，将对黔、湘两省的经济合作及武陵山的扶贫开发、产业发展和城市功能提升起到强有力的推动作用。

2、常祁高速：两地车程缩短至20分钟左右

简介：常祁高速是规划建设的华容至常宁高速公路的南段，也是茶陵至常宁高速公路的西段。该高速西接益娄衡高速，东接京港澳复线，全线位于衡阳境内。主线全长32.123公里，设计速度为100公里/小时。按计划，常祁高速将于2022年建成通车。

意义：届时，祁东常宁两地车程将从目前一小时缩短至20分钟左右。同时，益娄衡高速与京港澳复线之间又将新增一条快速通道。

3、江杉高速：长沙往东将增第二条高速通道

简介：2019年8月8日，江杉高速公路正式进入施工阶段，长沙市往东的第二条高速通道将于2022年通车。项目呈东西走向，主线全长20.864公里，采用双向4车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度100公里/小时，路基宽度25.5米。

意义：江背至干杉高速公路的建设，可使长沙南部东西向高速通道直接延伸至浏醴高速，远期继续东延可至湘赣省界。项目建成将打破浏阳镇头镇交通融城的瓶颈，对完善长株潭地区路网结构、加强我省与周边省份的高效衔接、促进区域资源开发和经济社会协调发展有着重要意义。

简介：起于平江县石牛寨镇，止于平江县伍市镇，与已建的京港澳高速公路相接，并顺接拟建的伍市至益阳高速公路，主线全长约94.4公里；同步建设互通连接线约18.8公里。

意义：将助力于国家”三大战略“中长江经济带发展，促进”3+5"城市群的融合，成为打造环洞庭湖经济圈的重要基础性支撑，带动沿线近500万人口经济的发展，助推革命老区平江县实现“脱贫攻坚”，对加快湖南经济发展具有重要作用。

简介：城陵矶高速公路路线呈南北走向，北起城陵矶新港区永济大道，止于杭瑞高速公路金凤桥互通，路线全长7.34公里；路线全长7.34公里，采用双向四车道高速公路标准建设，设计速度100公里/小时。
