据机场相关负责人介绍,此次主要从中转服务品质提升内容、保障条件及延伸产品三大方面对中转服务进行优化升级:

一是缩短MCT时间(中转最短衔接时间),5月30日起,长沙机场国内转国内将由2小时缩短至1.5小时;国际国内互转由3小时缩短至2.5小时,时机条件成熟后,将进一步缩短MCT时间。
The first one is to shorten the MCT time (The shortest connection time of transit).
From May 30, the domestic transit time of Changsha Airport will be shortened from 2 hours to 1.5 hours;
The international and domestic transit time will be shortened from 3 hours to 2.5 hours.
二是强化中转服务保障能力,全面优化中转服务流程,增加中转服务点,增设中转指引标识,配备跨楼中转电瓶车和机坪旅客和行李急转摆渡车、组建中转服务分队等,确保中转服务各环节顺畅快捷。
The second one is to strengthen the transit service, optimize the service of transit process comprehensively, and increase the transit service points, add the signs of transit guidance, equip trans-building transit with battery cars, and set up transit service team to ensure a smooth and fast transit.
三是推出中转延伸服务“四免”产品,即免费住宿、免费餐食、免费行李寄存和免费休闲服务,目前经长沙机场中转国际航班以及往返张家界的旅客享受该项服务,后续将全面向所有经长沙机场中转的旅客推开,增强旅客“经长飞”的获得感。
The third one is introduce the "Four Exemptions" product of transit extension service, namely free accommodation, free meals, free luggage storage and free leisure service, which is being offered to passengers on International Flights transiting through Changsha Airport and traveling to and from Zhangjiajie. The service will be extended to all passengers transiting through Changsha Airport in the future.
长沙机场温馨提醒各位旅客,关于“四免”中转服务的预约方式个人与团队预约有所不同,非团队旅客抵达机场后,可自行前往中转服务柜台向工作人员提出申请,出示有效身份证件、前段航班登机牌、后续航班订座信息,即可申请相应“四免”产品,国际转国内旅客办理地点为T2出发厅中心问询柜台;团队旅客需提前24小时电话预订,同时提前将中转旅客信息发至机场指定邮箱即可预约申请成功。具体预约电话及邮箱地址如下:

Warmly reminds for passengers of Changsha Airport: There are differences between personal and team reservations on the "four exemptions" transfer service.
When non-team passengers arrive at the airport, they can go to the transfer service counter and apply to the staff by themselves. They can apply for the "Four Exemptions" products by presenting their valid identity documents, boarding passes for the previous flight and reservation information for subsequent flights.
