1. 豆浆、油条 [dòu jiāng, yóu tiáo]

Soybean milk is a milk-like product made from soybeans. You can find freshly boiled soybean milk in disposable cups at most breakfast stalls (早点摊,zǎo diǎn tān). It's very convenient for a take-out.
豆浆是由大豆制成的类似牛奶的产品。在大多数的早点摊,有一次性包装的杯子盛刚煮过的豆浆。外带很方便。
Deep-fried dough sticks, or youtiao, are long, golden, deep-fried sticks of dough. Conventionally, youtiao are lightly salted and normally eaten at breakfast as an accompaniment for rice congee, soy milk or regular milk blended with sugar.

2. 馒头 [mán tou]

Another very popular breakfast food in China is steamed buns, or mantou. The classic mantou is white and made from wheat flour, though they come in various shapes and forms. Fresh from the steamer, steamed buns are soft and pillowy, and make for a great breakfast or midday snack.

Tofu pudding is a popular Chinese snack made with very soft tofu. Flavors of tofu pudding vary by region. In northern China, tofu pudding is often eaten with soy sauce, thus resulting in a savory flavor. Northern Chinese often refer to tofu pudding as doufunao (豆腐脑). However, in the south, people prefer the sweet version with ginger and brown sugar syrup.

4. 热干面 [rè gān miàn]

Hot dry noodles, also known as reganmian, is a traditional dish of Wuhan, the capital of the Hubei province in central China. It is the most significant, famous and popular breakfast food in Wuhan, often sold in street carts and restaurants in residential and business areas.
热干面,是武汉的传统菜肴。它是武汉最有意义、最有名、最受欢迎的早餐食品,常在街头推车和居民区和商业区的餐馆销售。
This dish is prepared by frying boiled noodles, drying them, then scalding them quickly and adding spicy condiments.

Usually made of rice, although there are variations made with cornmeal, millet, etc., congee is similar to porridge. Congee, however, is not sweetened and instead of adding sugar or fruit as a topping, popular toppings include pickled vegetables (榨菜,zhà cài), salted eggs (咸鸡蛋,xián jī dàn), soy sauce, and bamboo shoots to name a few.
