曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼是埃及驻华大使馆的一名商务公使。第一次来到长沙，他对此次展会与长沙的印象都异常深刻。 湖南人的热情好客，展会的一流标准，都让公使对中埃合作的未来充满了更多期待与憧憬。

Mamdouh Sallman is the minister from Embassy of Egypt in China, this is his first time to Changsha, and he was very impressed by Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition. The hospitality of Hunan people, the high-standard of this exhibition and many other positive factors makes the minister full of expectation of the future cooperation between China and Egypt.

中埃合作发展的契机让曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼来到中国长沙。参观完机械展，曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼除了称赞展会的精彩现场，更提及了展会背后的重要意义。“我认为这种重要的展会对于加强中国及相关国家的国际影响力、国际号召力都起到了至关重要的作用。 同时，这对于中国而言，也是一次向世界展示一流机械产品的绝好机会。”

The great opportunity of China-Egypt cooperative development brings Mamdouh Sallman to Changsha, after visiting this exhibition, Mamdouh Sallman said: “Such kind of exhibition is very important, to maximize the great volume between China and other countries. At the same time, this is also a good chance for China to export the highly qualified technological products.”

来到湖南，了解湖南。见证到湖南打造出的世界级建筑设备产业集群，曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼的言语中对湖南的工程机械产业充满了肯定。在他眼中，此次工程机械展览盛会正是对湖南机械产业实力的最好证明，向世界证明了湖南具备一流的工程机械设施，能够达到机械制造的世界级标准，并处于世界发展前列。

Come to Hunan and know more about Hunan, Mamdouh Sallman points out that the exhibition proves Hunan has the facilities and capability to build a world-class construction equipment industrial cluster, and meets the world’s requrements.

谈及中埃的友好合作关系，曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼强调了中埃之间深厚的友谊。自“一带一路”战略实施以来，埃及作为最先支持“一带一路”战略的国家之一，大力支持着中国的发展战略，并与中国开展多方面的深入合作。

Speaking of the cooperation between Egypt and China, Mamdouh Sallman mentioned the close relationship of these two countries.  He said: “First, we have a strong relationship between Egypt and China, which is of the highest significance.”

“Secondly, as far as the ‘One belt One road Initiative’ is concerned, Egypt is one of the first countries to support it, and we also consider it as a basic initiative to all humans.”

早在2016年1月，习近平主席就曾抵达开罗对埃及进行国事访问并签订合作协议。曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼说：“中国实施的‘一带一路’战略恰好与埃及的国际战略相通，共同促进了中埃两国的友好互助发展。根据中国政府的数据显示，中国对埃及的投资规模目前在对埃外国投资排名中居第21位，中国在埃及的投资达到了72亿美元，当前在埃及各区域发展的中国企业数量也达到了1320家，产业涉及基础设施建设行业到化学化工行业等等，因而中埃两国的合作范围非常的广泛。”当前，埃及政府在对外来投资尤其是对中国投资人颁布了许多新的激励政策，促进中埃合作发展双边共赢。

He also introduced many facts on the cooperation between Egypt and China to the reporter. “We have already signed cooperative deal between two countries during the visit of President Xi Jinping to Egypt in early January of 2016. This is the first point.  ”

“The ‘One belt One road Initiative’ agrees with our Egyptian international strategies, and also comply with our goals of national project to develop the local regions. As for the mode of investment between our two countries, China ranked No.21 among the foreign countries investing in Egypt, with an amount (revealed by Chinese government statistics) of 7.2 billion US dollars, and we have now 1320 Chinese companies working in Egypt in different areas, starting from infrastructures into chemical industries, etc, so on and so forth. So the range of cooperation between our two countries is very wide.”

And now the Egyptian government issued a new investment law including some incentive policies to encourage foreign investors, especially the Chinese investors who are interested in investing in Egypt.

5月16日上午，曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼还参观了湖南著名企业三一重工，他对三一重工的印象非常深刻，并称再一次感受到了湖南工程机械行业的高标准、精工艺。

In the morning of May 16^th, Mamdouh Sallman also visited the famous Hunan enterprise Sany Heavy Industry and was highly impressed.

即将离开长沙，曼姆杜赫.萨尔曼向记者表示了不舍与留恋，长沙食物的热辣美味将留在这位远方客人的心中，他也对湖南与埃及未来的发展合作充满了祝福与期待。

At the last day in Changsha, Mamdouh Sallman shows his love for Changsha food, and in his opinion, the future of the cooperation between Hunan and Egypt will be better and better.
